Emma is a Learning & Development Professional with over 15 Years of experience in Training, Coaching and Developing others.
Her passion lies in inspiring others to have the confidence to take action and develop themselves personally and professionally in order to be successful.
Emma's experience across retail, healthcare facilities management and higher education has enabled me to have great insight into how different businesses operate which allows me to ensure that I deliver a tailored service that is right for that particular business whilst always putting the learner and return on investment front of mind.
Emma have also led teams of up to 75 people so bring a wealth of expertise and share my personal experiences and challenges that I have overcome in my career.
Emma has also worked and led teams remotely for over 10 years.
Our Operations Director Marc Shepherd has 24 years experience in Graphic Design and makes the all the cogs in the business turn and we also have a team of 7 Training Partners with extensive experience in Learning & Development.
